Remote Access
Access to electronic resources from outside the university network is available after configuring your browser according to the instructions below.
I. Login Procedure: Employees, students, and doctoral candidates: Use the login and password used for logging into the USOS system.
We recommend updating your browser to the latest version or, in case of issues with a specific database, using an alternative installed browser. For Windows 10, Mozilla Firefox is recommended.
II. Usage Rules for Electronic Resources: Please remember that licenses prohibit archiving entire issues of journals and books. Using licensed databases and journals implies acceptance of the following points:
According to copyright laws and licensing agreements, users are allowed to:
• Search and browse licensed journals;
• Print and copy articles or text fragments obtained from searches onto their own computers solely for educational, scientific, and research purposes.
Users are not allowed to:
• Print and copy entire issues of journals;
• Use materials for systematic copying, redistribution, resale, or secondary licensing, including for paid or unpaid services.
The number of articles downloaded at one time should meet the actual needs arising from academic work. Failure to adhere to the above rules will result in blocking access to licensed databases and journals.
